"TIME"

Sometimes on our ways of dealing people and even in our self, time was taken for granted..We forget the importance of Time spending with our  love ones and to our selves....We cannot make time to rewind and hold on as We wish to make it in our own ways and how to re spend it again....Time for not to taken for granted...So much of time to be make it the best of it and to be treasure and make it to the fullest..Only God can make time in his willingness..We don't know our own time...When we will be here and be gone.... Time is Gold and Time is made by God.....Spending Time to everyone and everything should be treasured.... Time is life, love and gift from God.

The Road to Happiness

An excerpt from
The Road To Happiness
by Mac Anderson and BJ Gallagher
A thankful spirit is a healthy spirit. As the twists and turns of life lead to feelings of being out of control, sometimes our attitude is all that we have control over...the following reflection may help you develop a thankful attitude. Sometimes life is all about how we look at it!

I am thankful for...

• the mess to clean after a party because it means I have been surrounded by friends.

• the taxes I pay because it means that I am employed.

• a lawn that needs mowing, windows that need cleaning and gutters that need fixing because it means I have a home.

• my shadow who watches me work because it means I am out in the sunshine.

• the spot I find at the far end of the parking lot because it means I am capable of walking.

• all of the complaining I hear about our government because it means we have freedom of speech.

• my huge heating bill because it means I am warm.

• the lady behind me in church who sings off key because it means that I can hear.

• the alarm that goes off early in the morning hours because it means that I am alive.

• the piles of laundry and ironing because it means my loved ones are nearby.

• weariness and aching muscles at the end of the day because it means I have been productive.

Live Like You Mean It

“The poor shall eat and be satisfied; those who seek Him will praise the Lord. Let your heart live forever!”
Psalm 22:26
One of the most destructive attitudes in a person’s life is to demand, “I deserve better.” Psychologist and writer Larry Crabb observed that many Christians see themselves as the center of the universe and to them, God exists only to make them happy and comfortable. Crabb said that we treat God like a “specially attentive waiter” giving Him our orders and tipping Him when He performs well, but complaining when we don’t get exactly what we expected.*

A far more accurate perspective is that we are “poor, blind and naked” (Revelation 3:17) before the majesty and holiness of Almighty God. Everything we are and everything we have are gifts from Him. If we grasp that fact, we, the poor, will be far more satisfied with the gifts and opportunities God gives us – instead of demanding our way and complaining when we don’t get it.

With humility, we pursue God and delight to know Him. We increasingly realize that He is our most valuable treasure, and our hearts sing with gratitude. We are amazed that the Creator of the universe would love us and involved us in the greatest adventure people have ever known. That’s when our hearts “live forever”!

How does seeing God as a “specially attentive waiter” ruin our relationship with Him?

Take a minute to reflect on God’s greatness and grace, His love, and the privilege of being His partner in changing people’s lives.

“Do you want to enter what people call “the high life”? Then go a step lower down.” – Andrew Murray
